Suggest : Best Email client/software for laptop or pc

    Guys

    I want to download 16000 emails from 3 different accounts yahoo, gmail, hotmail on my pc for backup but im not sure which email client should i use

    my requirements are

    1) it should sync with site mail server to delete the mail i delete from my pc
    2) easy to restore backup on other pc or mail client
    3) fast in download and easy to access

    Guys please suggest
