    You can try Poponclick. With USA and Vietnam traffic you can earn also on pageviews, it means more from unique visitor.

    If you want to go the CPM route I'd do CPMFUN. They still have decent rates for US traffic.

    To be frank, I think you should try multiple reliable networks, set min bids and see which networks are capable of earning your traffic.
