What humtuma says is right. No india based network have adult ads. but out of india, almost every adnetworks supports paypal. .. i don't see any problem in getting money in india through paypal.

I would recommend JuicyAds. They are a great company to work with, we have been with them for years. You can publish or purchase ads with them and they make it very easy. Another good network to check into would be Plugrush. Hope that helps!
For what I know, Infolinks allow porn network and they offer PayPal as an option. But I doubt you will make any dough with a porn network. Infolinks does not place link on image or videos. People just get too excited with the Naked pictures and video to even notice your ads.
I have had some great experiences with Plugrush earning over $60 per day from pop-unders and targeted plugs. You may want to look into this - I am not sure if you will be able to withdraw in India if PayPal is blocked though..
