I have a VPS with extra IPs and need a way to be able to change from
    one IP to another quickly.

Does anyone know of a way to do this - Windows based?

Thanks for your reply, but I need a way to change quickly between IPs,
    not change permanently.

I agree with SCaRFaCE, TOR is bloody brilliant to use, fast & have never had a problem with it to date, there is also another one I used to use, IP Hide I think it was, never had any troubles with it either!

Thenks folks, but aren't these for using proxies? I do not want to use proxies, I have IPs.

If there is a way to use them with my own IPs can someone tell me?

    Thanks

If I understand correctly you have multiple IP addresses and you would like to make your website temporarily use a different one then it is using now. If you are using cPanel, I believe you can change the IP of an account, but if the ip of an account I think the name servers would now be pointing to the wrong IP so it may stop your domain from pointing correctly. I don't think there is any way to do this. Anyone want to correct me on this?
