    I don't think they template matters as much as the extensions in this case. The site you listed doesn't really have much to it in the way of design, but it has a lot of functionality. I'd look into a yelp clone if I were you (whether joomla based or not).

    You can't do this in Joomla.
    Better find a classifieds application as that is what I think that site is using.
    There are a few good ones that are not too expensive.

    You can find many templates on yootheme.com (with a lot of module positions, extras..), but this is a really "big" site, you need many extensions if you want this appearance. Try it!
