Heard good and bad things about Proaxxs. My only issue with Proaxxs would be that they also run their own hosting company. I personally would never want a competitor having access to my servers or clients. Of course, I don't know what you are doing with your server, so that could be a moot point. I would highly recommend Rack911 (rack911.com) or Platinum Server Management (platinumservermanagement.com). Both have a really good reputation in the industry.
