    We are about starting a new forum with tech niche and please can anyone suggest a good forum posting service that can deliver 100-500 quality post, 300words minimum, at cheap prices..

    300-500 words are more like articles rather than forum posts. The digitalpoint content section, fiverr or Freelancer are good places to start if that's what you want. If you want forum content, perhaps give theforumwheel a whirl? :D
