    I second that. Such attitude from Google should not be tolerated. If they have time to review your site, it should not be hard to type in 2 sentences to explain what went against their Adsense TOS.

    Good story for the guy, but he may have only won due to the fact Google failed to tell the paralegal the reason why they closed his account. I expect in any future cases they'll make sure
