Suddent Drop From 2nd to 11th page Google: Reasons?

I have a 2001 domain that has historically been on the second page for it's main keyword. It is promoted through a 3 way link exchange scheme to minimize risks. Now the website jumped to 8nd and this morning to 13th page - what do you think could be the reasons?

If anybody reports my site (I wonder what would be the reason) - does Google webmaster tools reveal this info to me?

Basically these are my 2 questions. Thanks in advance for answering.

If it does not get back within a week it's time for an alarm.

It usually happens during "google dance". Don't worry it will go back to its original position. Just continue building links :)
