    Dear Apache people:

My Apache2.2.23 server, just reinstalled, is now unable to be pulled up on any pc's!! Used to be able to pull up my website for 6 months going, but now, suddenly, my site keeps giving a request timed out on a trace. Has anybody else ever experienced this? Yesterday we swapped to a new Comcast modem, which I had to pay for since the problem is the same. Mind you the server can still browse any OTHER website! Already purchased a new Windows 7 download, and reformatted the pc, with only bare bones Apache server pulling up, "It works!" still without being able to detect the site on the internet....

Also peculiar is that Windows 7 firewall is unwilling to recognize Apache as an installed program to "Allow a program through Windows Firewall." A Microsoft tech tried making a special rule for port 80 inbound without fixing the problem. Have been down a month without any more ideas. Could it be because have yet to settle on a TCP/IP?

    Finally clueless,
    Yshua

Anything interesting in your webserver logs? Without it, we can't say much.
