    Suddenly rank down of page rank always mean that you have done something that serious violates the rules, find them and delete them will be the best way.

    Friend Just write fresh quality content and promote them on relevant or niche websites. Dont post articles on too many sites. Just post your article on only one website related to your work. And promote them on various sites. Bookmark them.

    Most likely due to the penguin update. Research it to find out more
    Main keyword anchor text should be no more then 30% of all your backlinks
    Dont over optimize
    Add some more quality content
    and wait

    Dear...Your website pages rank down because you did not update unique and informative content in your website and got low quality backlinks which was ignored by Search Engines because it is against the Google quality guidelines...Now you have to do effective Off Page Optimization for quality backlinks and i sure next time your website page rank will up.     Perhaps, all your 8 sites were the recipients of inbound links from a single high PR site (or one group of such sites) whose PR dropped?

    Its occur due to the Google recent updates Google Panda and Penguin. Not just you a lot of peoples lose their websites ranking in just seconds and still trying to minimize or remove the effects of these updates. Just quality content as well as quality link building both are the best way to minimize the effect of these updates. Removal is totally impossible according to me.
