    300 impressions, 15 clicks, $2.30 earning, ecpm above 7

    is it ok

    Nothing wrong if your earning increase as long as your clicks is natural click

    don't worry, Its happen sometimes, If traffic is suddenly increase to more than 10000 page impression then write an email to google team and tell them what you are doing to increase your traffic before they ban you. Please write their TOS for more info.
