According to the AdSense blog, interest-based hasn't even kicked in yet. There's a lot of hysterical posts going around related to this topic; please understand that there is a 99.9999% probability that they haven't started it yet, and your observations are merely the result of routine fluctuations in the available ad pool. Good luck with your sites :).

You only need take care of content and html (meta) tags. And you will do best you can do from your side.

I think once they roll out interest-based adverstising it will be done gradually so not all publishers will get them at once. Think it will take till and end of the year, I read somewhere.

Not sure how we know when we do have interest-based adverts on our websites?

If you are using a php script make sure you have relevant content in the footer, sometimes this helps, because the adsesnse sometimes mistakes this for your content on a new site

Maybe there aren't a lot of advertisers in your niche or it could be they black listed your website so that their ads don't appear there anymore.

It is just a system you know! Google also have periodic problems with their savers and all that. just wait and the problem will be fixed. besides they don't guarantee that you ads will always by 100% relevant to your site.

I don't think that should be a problem. it has happen to me as well and generally it doesn't take to long before Adsense starts showing relevant ads again.

A good idea might be to add more content and see what happens.
