    Hmm, but in case if this happens again, you can always login to your host - > PHPMYADMIN -> yourprefix_user of your joomla database and reset the password with md5 password generator toolkit (google search for it.)

    Also if you are using an outdated version of joomla, please update as someone might hacked your joomla site and changed admin using sql injection.
