Your website has been infected by Google Penguin Update and may be Google through out your website to sandbox.

It might be worth looking for clues in your Webmaster Tools account; if you haven't got one yet then it's definitely worth signing up for one, it's free and it's quite useful as Google actively report back to you about the issues they've found on your site.

You should make a check list on what could of happened to this result. I think you have some sense on what questions you can ask yourself, to step back and analyze a bit.

    1. Did I use any methods to get myself de-indexed, quick as possible.

There are a number of factors which could have caused this. Start with checking your keyword density.

May be there is a issue about your website content. First check your website content it is copied by some one else or not? if copied then change your website content and other reason of de-indexed is google penguin update. Check all the backlink of your website and check google webmaster tool if your website is hit by any of google update then there is a massage comes in webmaster tool and resolve the issue as soon as possible!

    Beside Google Animal effect,
If you use Blogger as your site engine it's very possible you got deindexed.
Because, if I'm not mistaken Blogger limit the number of page that can be indexed by google.
    The reason ? Idk :(

I see that your site is still up. Does it mean that just some pages got de-indexed?
It would be nice to get more detail on this. Did you make any changes to these pages lately? What do the penalized pages have in common, could they be duplicates of something?
There was a Panda refresh just a few days ago, I heard, and Panda is about duplicate content.
Also, did you use any onpage optimization tool to track what pages are indexed or did you look in Google Webmaster tools?

Please make new sitemap files and upload on to root folder and submit all pages for indexing. Wait for a few days.
Your website will definitely index after few days.
