Over the past few weeks i notcied that i have rapidly gained a lot of weight. I weighed around 114 before and now i weigh 124!.. i havent been doing anything different.. i run for 30 mintues 2-3 times a week and i watch what i eat.. i usually only eat once in the morning (something little) and then once betwen 3pm or 4pm.. I dont eat late and if i do its usually fruit or yogurt.. I heard something about toxins acummulating over time causeing your liver and kidneys to become over-worked and weak, making you gain weight. Could that be why im gaining weight? I`m 17 and i`m 5`3.. i also noticed that the past few times that i went running i had realli bad pains in my stomach kind of under my rib..any ideas?? Thanks

17 or not, Weight gain on DP is a good thing! The more you gain, the healthier you are Wouldn't the world be a better place if real life followed the rules of DP Weight Gain You should check out the pain in your ribs!

I think DP should introduce a Weight Loss/Gain section for the ones who dont understand what coop weight is.

And I was dupped into believe this was a Coop weight question. This is almost as bad as the PR update false alarms.
Do keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat, so if you have been exercising like you say, you could be gaining muscle weight. Now go spread it around in the coop!

One key ingredient in SEO is taking time to go to the gym. I have a Y membership and go 2-3 times/week. I lost 40lbs in the first 32 weeks. I am on week 72 and went from 195 to around 175 now (keep in mind while I lost 40bls, I have gained muscle weight). Could barely bench 50lbs, and now do around 225. The better you feel, the more product you are and the more motivated you are!!!
