Sudden Keyword Drop

    I am experiencing sudden drop in keyword position. keyword which is on 20th position it suddenly goes down on 90th and after some days it will be back on 20th position I think it is Google dance but it happens every month and that also end of month when I have to do reporting :( . What should I do to prevent this?

    There's nothing you can do about it. Google dance is inevitable, esp. if you're targeting competitive keywords or if your site is fairly new. Just keep on building more quality backlinks to get a much more stable ranking.

    Keep updating your blog regularly, the entire thing happens this way , say x and y are two sites which is targeted on same keyword (assume your's is x).If your update frequency is lesser than y, then y gets the advantage.If you come back and start updating it you come back again.Use the keywords often in your posts.Link to your earlier blog posts with the keyword when you are making new ones.When building links make sure that you are linked with appropriate keywords,otherwise getting links is pointless.
