Usually I get over 30+ visitors this month but Today I saw that I only got 7 visitors And from my country BD only Did something happen with google? AnD what should I do??
Do you have Google Analytics monitoring your traffic? If you do look at the data and find out if visitors were in fact reading your website or just landing on it on accident (bouncing). If you don't have Google Analytics you can find your web servers log files and examine them using your webhosts provided cPanel or stats section. The bottom line is you have to know who your visitors are and where they were going when they visited your website. As for the sudden Google drop who knows? Send your URL and I can tell you pretty quickly if Google dropped you because of poor quality.
My website- PLAY333.com I have a bounce rate of 3.07% this month Today's analytics: Visits: 12 Unique Visitors: 6 Pageviews: 162 Pages / Visit: 13.50 Avg. Visit Duration: 00:17:09 Bounce Rate: 0.00% % New Visits: 33.33%
Ok here's what you need to do to improve you website performance and traffic from Google. Purchase a dedicated IP Address, this will help isolate your website from all of the other websites hosted on your shared server. Optimize your websites performance by running it through http://www.websiteoptimization.com/services/analyze/ and fixing all of the errors mentioned. Google doesn't like slow websites. Renew your domain name for at least 5 years, Google likes this. Your page rank is a 0, improve this by checking out the forums here and asking questions. You're running WordPress so setup install a Caching plugin Setup a free account at cloudflare and you'll speed up your website. Last but not least increase the amount of words on each of your articles, are you writing these yourself or outsourcing? If you really want your traffic to increase you'll need to make your opinion known. I was read the Xbox 720 story but there wasn't anything to really read. I didn't learn anything cool or hear from a employee you interviewed from Microsoft. Being the gaming news world is hard since you're competing with IGN and Gamespot etc, just make sure you're different and your traffic will increase!
I already hired some designers for making a unique theme for my site and it is still in construction... will have to wait some time.....
Twitter, my friend. Twitter. I also run a gaming website, and Twitter can be your best friend when trying to push your gaming website.
Hey there, I think it's because your using auto-generated content. Sure, you can get some quick traffic fast, but you'll eventually lose your traffic because it's not unique enough. Get paired up with someone that's really great at SEO, and you'll be able to get your rankings back up in no-time. Remember, you aren't the only website showing games, so you have competition as well. You'll have to compete in a higher level if your going to out rank your competition
