Sudden Drop in Conversions

I've been running a modestly successful ad campaign selling spyware software, but as of this month, my conversion rate (about 1.5%) dropped to 0%. I hadn't made any major changes to the campaign before the drop-off, and anyway, I'm still getting plenty of clicks - just no sales.

Has anyone experienced anything similar? As of today, I'm pausing the campaign to stop the bleeding.

 

If your payment processor is Clickbank, then you're not the only one. They're up to something, scary and frustrating. /=

 

Yeah, I'm using CB... Are you speculating about that, or is there news on it somewhere?

 

I should mention that I'm using Google's conversion tracking, which operates independently of CB, as far as I can tell.

 

I'm also using click bank, and my sales have took a plumit to this week. Have you guys noticed how many times C.B has been going down? Plus when C.B goes down so do your hop links. This is happening at least 5 times a day with a avg down time of 5 min at least. Haven't got any answers from C.B.

 

I was just about to post a new campaign on adwords but i'm going to wait.

 

Apparently that's a good idea...a discussion in the ClickBank forum seems to imply that CB is having some issues, and doing a poor job resolving them.

I'm pausing my campaigns until I hear different. :/
