sudden drop 3 days ago, for many or just for my website

    hi, we suddenly droped from ranking on the first pages for many important keywords some 3 days ago. was my "optimization" that cause or many of you experinced the same...
    now we rank for the same words in possitions above 100 or 200... if anybody had this experince in the past and has recovered please let me know how long did that take.

    that is obviosly not the reason... read my post carefully .... from competition one doesn't go that fas that much down for all the keywords in one day...
    it must be a penalty if others did feel big changes as well.
