I'm experiencing a high amount of direct traffic on my Google Analytics. I couldn't figure out where the traffic were coming from, until i look under technology > network and found out 90 percent of these direct traffic was coming from amazon.com.inc. It is messing up all my bounce rates, page views and etc.. I tried searching for a solution to this problem, but unfortunately i couldn't find an answer. If someone had some similar experience or very web sevvy, i would really appreciate your help.

Did you send any email campaigns before the direct traffic hit. As a guide, most traffic direct clicks through from e-mails.

Are you sure it is direct traffic coming from amazon? What is this amazon.com.inc? Have you got any campaigns running in amazon as an affiliate or so?

I don't know the reason for that but what you can do is block Amazon traffic (Google for instructions).

As sellhousefast said above, it can be traffic from email campaigns.

Or, some spam traffic? Hard to imagine, unless OP tells us in detail..

did you post any advert in amozon..? it might be the reason... try to dig on to the exact URL or just complain them.. this could be a spam attack too..
