    This was my first project and more of an experiment than anything, so I am considering selling it so I can concentrate on other things.

    This is an auction. However, if I am not happy with the final price OR the winning bidder I reserve the right to end the auction. I want my blog to go into capable hands, not just anyone. This is my baby! :)

    This is a relatively new blog which is under two months old. Some of its inner pages are now PR3 and I am hopeful the home page's tool bar PR will increase soon too.

    Currently I have earned around $65 via AdSense. My peak was a day of $9.84 when I received a lot of traffic from a very large Paintball forum.

    This was achieved with very little work. I didn't update the blog often and did little promotion, other than some forum posting. There is a lot of potential to make money here, the CPC average is quite high. Often receiving clicks > $1.

    The site is indexed by all the major search engines. I am receiving a fair bit of traffic from Google.

    This month I have had a few 23,000 hits. Last month was a lot better.

    My reason for selling is that recently I have neglected the blog. I haven't updated or promoted it as I have been busy with other things. As you can see this site can earn a lot of money, I have proved that as I have done it in the past. It's just whether or not you are willing to invest the time and effort that I can't ;)

    A lot of people have been having similar experiences with the homepage remaining PR0 and inner pages increasing in rank. Some of the inner pages, for example /feed/ are now PR3. I hope the homepage will increase soon.

    Based on last months earnings of $55 and estimated revenue after 12 months the site is worth around $660 (55 x 12).

    Ill set the BIN price at $475. I have had this site earning ~$10 a day, there is no reason why it couldn't be earning a lot, lot more. There is huge potential here.
