Let me give you some tips for sccessful blog marketing for excellent SEO results.

1. Create a blog with Your prime keyword ( you can create as many blogs as you wish with all your prime keywords)
2. Put a good content on each post, make sure each post has title with your keyword and content should have keyword as well.
3. If you can write content, that is good, if you cannot, you can copy content from other blog, modify it such a way that it looks original
4. Put links to your site within the blog content ( 2-3 maximum)
5. Keep your blog updated, i am advising put 2 posts a week in each blog ( you might have more blogs, keep them updated weekly).
6. Now submit all of those blogs to blog directories so blog gets promoted and ranked ( http://www.searchenginejournal.com/20-essential-blog-directories-to-submit-your-blog-to/5998/ )
7. Now an interesting step, you have to create a secondary blog to promote your primary blog. Like if you have primary on blogger.com, create a new secondary blog on wordpress.com.
8. On secondary blog, do same thing above but here you put links to your primary blog ( not your website link). so your primary blog gets one way links and it gets pr.
9. Digg your both kind of blogs daily

if you follow above nine steps, you will have good one way links permanently from your own sources and they are never going to be removed without your permission.

Any idea how frequently I need to post new article? And if I have my secondary blog in blogger and my original blog is WP but using analytics on the same google acc as the blogger, would that be a prob? Connected sites I mean...

 

The posts in each blog should be done at least once a week.
Analytics should be always in primary blog, wherever it is, not on secondary because secondary blog is just pointer.

 

Quite good one tips you put here and according to me the most important one is updating it regularly.

 

4. Put links to your site within the blog content ( 2-3 maximum) i don't under stand this bcz if we put own content and make inter linking so its better right?

 

Yes 2-3 links to your site from one post. if you post too many links from one post to your website, it might be considered as spam

According to me, the important part is to make primary blog post attractive backed by secondary blog posts. Bookmarking can do wonders to your blog. Also you can use FB , Twitter for make ting as well.

 

Actually there is no need for secondary blog. Rewrite the content and post to Hubpages, with links back to the blog will serve the same purpose. Hubpages is a PR6 website, so it works better than having new blog for backlinks purpose.

 

My question is, should all the 3 links point to one page or different pages of site?

I've thought about what you mentioned and the key problem with this technique to me is why direct the link juice from blog 2 to blog one when you can direct blog to directly to your money site. Seems your money site gets more link juice over all by having both blogs pointed at it.

This is a good method to use if you are in a more competitive market right? You are building a link hub basically. Blog 2 points to blog 1 which points to your main site which then increases the strength of the links pointing in. Am I right?
