I am bilingual - my way is to transfer news from one language /country/ to the other. I am just a rookie but it works for me so far:)))))

Hehe... you might go read my good friend Darren's blog, problogger.net, instead of asking people to do the work for you.

Small hint––he doesn't make most of his money off of ProBlogger, though he does make most of it from blogging.

Exactly, good content. That's what people want, not just articles copied from many other sources.

I tried blogging once about Windows Tips/Tweaks. However, there are thousands of other websites out there that do the same thing, so traffic was almost none.

sure it's possible, but on average, most of the time, usually, full-websites earn better than blogs.
a blog is a great way to start though - who knows you might get lucky if you're blogging on the right topic!

This year has treated me well in terms of Adsense earnings. Lately, I've turned a little towards commission based sales, I eventually may completely drop AS for CPM advertisers.

People still seem to follow the popular misconception that they can build MFA'ish sites, maintain them 15 min a day and then make thousands in revenue. While this may work in some lucky cases, it's often hard, dedicated work that results in success.

My advice is - pick a non-/mildly-saturated market, do your own, custom content, and work it. Thou sometimes, the beginning may be tedious and the returns don't seem to justify the energy and work put in, it will turn for the better. The internet is a gigantic marketplace, you can sell anything to anyone, and there *is* a market for it. Don't be fu**ing lazy.

Another good advice is - don't live on online forums. From 2000-2003, I virtually lived on different forums, I networked and was plenty entertained, but in the end it's the knowledge you attain and apply that gets you somewhere. I always see people with thousands of posts on forums that appear to know what they're doing, but behind the nicks, there's just hot air. Go ahead, try it for yourself, it's fun.

I am glad you brought this up. There are many people who learn learn learn but never apply the knowledge, and in turn never get anywhere.

No one will tell you exactly how he or she did it for free. That is why you have hundreds of e-books out there claiming to teach you. However, most of them only tell you the basics, which everyone seems to know nowadays, every adsense e-book is centered around-

    -Pick a profitable niche.
    -Blend your ads.
    -Update your content daily.
    -Work on your traffic.

In addition, they keep repeating this repeatedly in every e-book out there. However, if you want to make some real money out of adsense here is the biggest secret...

    TRAFFIC

More traffic = More clicks = More money = Adsense simplified.

For my blog http://thinkabdul.com, I put one ad unit in the top right corner (which gets most clicks) and which is visible always.
Then another text ad unit (468 x 60) shows up when you view a single post.
