I believe we can all be successful but in order to be great then we must be different in what we do an behave, don't you think so? the little things should never be ignored and only then can perfection be made.
If you are a student of history, most of the people who accomplished "great" things or were considered "great" leaders were quite imperfect, in fact. In my experience in partnering with technical entrepreneurs in start-ups, sometimes it is the quirkiest and less than perfect people who lead the most successful companies.
Money + Recognition + Satisfaction + X factor = Success. The X factor is most important of all and varies from person to person. Even if all other factors are zero and X factor is present, it may mean SUCCESS for a person.
Then does it not follow that the true equation is X factor = Success? And that "Money + Recognition + Satisfaction" are actually members of the quantity "X factor"?
You are right Joe. But practically the X factor cannot be articulated from the mind by most and also it may not be fixed. Therefore others factors are added as a covering.
Can "the X factor cannot be articulated from the mind by most" be interpreted as "most people just don't know what they actually want"?
