Is it possible to make a 5 figure or more income with just working with a landing page and not having a blog. Is it nessessary to hav a blog?

Anyone doing quite well with just squeeze pages without having the need to have a blog?

You don't need to blog. Just play around with the Landing pages and find products that sell well. Also paying the right price for the right keywords that leads to better sales is important.

cheece2001, I read that a lot of users don't like squeeze pages.

If you have, say, 100 people coming in today, and say 20 hit the X to get out without seeign what you have to say, is such a page a good idea?

(I'm not sure if you were the one, but weren't you told all of this before by posters with experience?)

It's obvious you weren't listening, or you do not agree. Why don't you agree?

    Thanks.

If you plan on running said landing page on Adwords, it's probably not going to pass the inevidible manual review. Your keyword QS will go to crap and you're ads will stop showing because of the poor quality score. Just and FYI. Make sure if you are using a landing page that is has something of value to the user besides your sales pitch.

Yea I'm still here. I'm just going to go with a squeeze page and see how that goes and probably my blog going later. I can see that a list can be build faster when working with squeeze page. I'll see what happens.

Is there a reason you are opposed to creating a blog? A blog isn't hard to get going and its an easy way to bring visitors in.

I do have a blog but i think its all over the place so I'm going to put it aside for a while and have some list built and then go back to the blog when I fiure out what i'm really trying to do with my blog. Right now its just got content and i just don't htink its heading in the right direction so i'll put it aside till i figure out where and how i want it to work. So for now i'll try to work with queeze pages.

The blog is in the red link called spirderwebsource

Okay, so it is a list you want.

Excuse my questions, I am just trying to figure out your reasoning to have a squeeze page that most people do not like.

How can you get a good list going that way, while at the same time losing a lot of potential readers?

Do you think that these do work? That the fact that most users do not like it is incorrect???

    Help me understand.

Also, what are you going to do with this list?

lol you sound like this one other guy that got banned from here...
    but anyways...
i just think it might be a little easier to grow the list this way... for now. I just don't know what I'm going to do with my blog right now so i was gona build a list with a squeeze page. There are ups and downs to both i guess. i'm sure doing a squeeze page wont totally kill me. I'll go back to bloging once i have some stuff figured out and then the content I do post will be valuable and targeted enough for people do sign up for my newsletter. As of right now and the state in witch my blog is in, i think its better to start building a list with a squeeze page before i get my blog figured out. As for what i'm going to do with this list, I'm going to send valuable information and once the readers feel good with what i'm sending then i can see if i can promote a product for their needs.

Yes you can. But just a common landing page without SEO? You need Adwords and similar stuffs then.

Yea I'll do some SEO on the page but the traffic I will rely on will be indirect from other sources like web 2.0, article and so on.

Landing pages are great but it should have value but not direct the person to the sale. You need to develop more of a website. Google will like you more if you do so.

You definitely can make money with just a squeeze page. You use the squeeze page to capture email addresses. Then send your email subscribers information that they're looking for, and toss in an occasioal pitch for a product or service that you think they'd like. And you can do this over and over again.
