To make money with an Astore, Register a good domain name. Use Iframe to build the site. Use SEO to start getting traffic IF you take a bit more time and find a really cheap product you can use PPC for that item, but you will want to research on the item first.

Amsterdam, About amazon sales.. Like DaMa said in the previous post when talking about his resident evil store niche.. Like many other wii gamers, I bought resident evil 4 game during Christmas for the Nintendo Wii I was getting at that time. It is really amazing. I do like the action and adventure. I'm not a hard core gamer at all, but yes I can do this. Yup I die a lot during some of the encounters but I do eventually learn how to get through it and the family enjoy's it too. With that said I hope the new resident evil 5 game is just as fun and easy to learn and master. So you can see there is a niche for almost any subject you can think of, pick a good one write some reviews and incorporate it into your blog or web-site and you will do okay. And get some good quality backlinks..
I have a comic book site and i tried getting a ton of backlinks, tried the iframe, tried getting traffic and after tons of effort i got 0 in $ from astore.
An astore by itself, will never make good money. You can can't get back links for related blogs and websites, so you are stuck with comment links, which most webmasters hate, and bookmarks. IMO the only way to have success online is with great content and the only way to make money with an astore is to put it with good content, like in a blog. In all my time with amazon, I have only seen one person who claims to make hundreds a month with a stand alone astore, and I don't even believe him. Damn, I didn't see that this thread is 3 years old...I hate when that happens.
if you have a few sites with huge traffic then you should place amazon ads on them. It will be better then astore i think.
Hello everyone. Has anyone used Google Adwords with any success? Or Adbrite? I just opened my amazon store for surfing & watersport products. Trying to determine if adwords is worth the expense.
I have a keyword rich domain name which forwards to my AStore. I place ads in online classifieds which point to specific products in my astore. If you can find good products, conversion rates are great. It doesn't get search engine traffic though, so you have to have a good way to get traffic to it.
This thing I can try for sure! I am in a dire situation to sell my site & will be needing something like this to spend my time I think....
