    I've never used them before, but I'm planning to do so....I think that if you purchase good quality links your site will benefit greatly.
    I think you should not purchase from from domains that link to a lot of spammy websites

    If you purchase backlinks from a website with a decent pr, e.g: Megafoo.com, then you'll see a positive impact in the SERPS.
