    Hi,
I have submitted my site in Dmoz 3 days back . havent had any email from them yet.
I have checked Dmoz and the link is still not appeared.
Can any one tell what to do to make your site listed on dmoz. What is the general Success Rate for Link Inclusion.
    Regards

3 days would be a record from what I have seen.
If the category has an active editor (a username will be at the bottom of the page) your submission will be reviewed - eventually.
You are not likely to be notified of acceptance or rejection.
You have submitted, forget about it now and re-submit next time you see alot of new inclusions and deletions, or you have made significant changes in your site or offerings.
Overall inclusion chances? Not that great.

I got one of my sites listed in less than a week but it was a country-specific website so i guess that doesn't count then ;)

Like simplelance.com, i'm also waiting for my other sites to be accepted (some of them already past 6 months now)
However don't expect to see much results from Dmoz (traffic or PR wise)

I have submitted mine twice in 18 months with no luck. They can be pretty damn anal over there so dont hold you breath or you are going to turn a very dark shade of blue.

You want in? My humble opinion is that you have to bribe someone...
Its been suggested before so please dont anyone get shocked over my comments :)

You can probably resubmit your website after waiting for two years...

Submit the site, then setup a monitoring system to alert you when the category changes. Something like http://www.changedetect.com/

You will get a feel for how often the editor actual updates the category. If a lot of updates are happening and you don't get included, you can rest assured they declined your submission.

My advice is to submit and almost forget about it.

Thats the reason I see Lots of Offers On GAF where webmasters are ready to pay $$ fortheir site inclusion in Dmoz.
I wonder How many are successful though!!!`
