For the marketers making $300-600 daily. I am multiplying almost monthly now, and am doing alot of ad developing, Sales-Pitches, and Testing(& more testing). My question to you guys is do you outsource any stuff that includes giving someone your Adwords password(i don't think i could do this). Do you outsource Sales-pitches etc.?? I guess my question is; should I go buy a 12pk of redbull and get my butt in 5th gear? Or should I loosen my trust a little and outsource somethings. and if yes what should I outsource. Your personal experience will be very helpful.
You should pretty much outsource any thing you are weak at. If your a not a graphic designer, copywriter, or programmer; then those are the first three things you should look to outsource. From there you can lead into things like customer service help, tedious backlinking, SEO, follow up marketing, etc. Basically you should be looking for ways to free up your time from the things that you feel are taking the most of your time. The overall goal should be to at one point simply bring an idea to the table and then have the people and resources to micro manage it's creation. I know how to install scripts, html program, copywrite, etc, but I don't do any of that anymore. I outsource the things that I don't have to do. Also this allows me to go to people who are professionals in what they do. Like graphics or programming and that creates a better overall appeal and quality. I hope this helps.
