Subscription Box

Can anyone guide me, how to put a subscription box in my blog. Is there any plugin? I am using wordpress 1.5.2. Here is my blog where i want to put the subscription box.

Can you give an example of what a "subscription box" is?

Do you mean where people can give you an email?

 

I want to put just a single box where visitors can put their email address and they willr eceive updates or new post notifications. Here is an example of what i want.
