    I want payment gateway or shopping cart that can handle monthly/yearly subscription based payments.

    There's a wide array of options for gateways that support recurring billing, ones I've had good experiences with first hand have been ezic, rocketgate, authorize.net, etc. If you have specific questions, PM and I'll be glad to provide more details.
