Subpage as INDEX.HTML

    I observe some links as
    www.domain.com/subfolder/
    i.e,subpage is saved as INDEX.HTML,am i right?
    What is the best for SEO,subpage saved as index.html,or i should name it ?

    When you see urls like domain.com/subfolder/ it usually means they are using .htacess mod rewrite....

    the page is dynamic and is constructed on the fly when requested.
