    But MSN and yahoo never come in my forum..

    You shouldn't really submit, it usually takes some time. If you have enough links pointing back to your site then they will automatically index it.

    Google will find your website automaticly if there is a link on an indexed website, but once it is indexed you do not need to resubmit.

    Google wants to provide access to all information in the world, so if you have something to offer they will come to you ;)
