Submitting software to places like hotscripts

Wondering if anyone can tell me if it is worth it to list some new scripts there.
And what is the best way to use it?

Submit it to hotscripts definately, absolutely, certainly.

Pretty much all the other script directories scrape hotscripts, so if you find it there, you'll get backlinks fromloads of script directories. The only other ones of note are the PHP resource index and planet source code

 

I often use hotscripts. It is a fast and efficient way to find the scripts I need.
