A question on this method that I believe has not been asked or addressed which I think will complete this thread. What is the process to create a feed file properly? A suggestion of free tools that can create and also submit would be great. Although I am thinking they will be separate tools.

For a good tool I'd be willing to pay as well. What I am looking for is a tool that can submit a number of feeds to various feed bearing web sites allowing for suitable backlinks to the sites of my feeds.
