I wrote about 10 article on my website about 2-3 months ago, and it didn't do anything for my website, show I submit them to websites like ezinearticles?

Or only keep those article on my own website?

Content is King, but there is more in SEO than only content; backlinks, niche directories, networking...

About article marketing: You could submit it to EzineArticles if you like to see some traffic. Just register with them and submit it. Read the guidelines carefully before submitting!!
Personally, I never use EzineArticles. You will get traffic from it, but not any PR juice.
    My favorite article directories are:
    http://articles.webraydian.com
    http://www.articlecity.com
    http://www.businessknowhow.com
    http://www.articleclick.com
    http://www.articleworld.net
    http://www.articlecube.com
    http://www.virtualwordpublishing.com
    http://www.articlegold.com

From my stats I can see best results with Webraydian. Not only many visitors, but my published article has now a PR3 and is giving me quite some juice with two links pointing to my site.

    Good Luck.

I want to know if it's a good idea to use my own articles that are on my website, and sent those articles to EzineArticles

Yes, just take those articles that have already been indexed by Google and toss them up on some directories.

Make sure you link back to the original articles though. Matt Cutts advices in his blog to do so. Then Google knows which was is the original and if any are considered duplicated, it will not be yours.

Keep the articles on your website and start building links to them with article submissions and social bookmarking. You can also create a blog and update it at least once a week linking it back to your website. If you do use the articles on your site make sure you rewrite them or they might get rejected. You can also submit your articles in forums and link to them in your signature.
