$60 spent on 100,000 search engines was a waste of money.
    But, that's just my opinion.

Perfectly legit way to get traffic, but I gotta tell you the traffic will not be worth $60.

You cannot put your link on sites that reward visits or auto-send them to your site.
If any of these do that, it will violate TOS.

Can you tell me what you mean about this: < You cannot put your link on sites that reward visits or auto-send them to your site. > Can you explain me better? Thanks

There are many sites that give you points, cash, whatever, for visiting site in their
database. As well as sites that you can view a random site without actually wanting
to visit the link. Both of those types of sites are against the TOS.
Linkreferral.com, various traffic exchanges, paid to read, paid to click, etc. are
    just a couple of examples.

As far as search engines go, there are really only 2, google and bing. (Bing is
swallowing up yahoo). All the rest are just fluff and are not even worth paying
    a dime to submit to.

Take that $60 and buy some links on a high PR site. Much better return on
    your investment.
