Submitting my pub-id to a 3rd party rev share site

Can anyone advise me on the pros/cons of sharing my adsense pub-id with a 3rd party site (flixya) for the purpose of revenue sharing. I know that anyones pub-id is quite visible, but still, is there any risk here?

    thanks

Shouldn't be. This forum is revenue-share and I get 75-100 impressions daily.

As long as you trust the site, you should be fine. Remember that any fraud or invalid behavior that occurs with impressions or clicks on your ads is your issue to deal with, so if the site your code is running on does anything against the TOS, it becomes your problem too :) That said, if you're pretty sure everything's above-board, you should be all right.

Thats my concern I trust DP as a 3rd party rev share (once I qualify of course) but I think I'm going to play it safe and not go with others.

    Thx to all who replied

I'm with Telmari, unless you really trust the site, I would avoid it. While it is scary that your pub-id is exposed anyway and someone could use it to break TOS and get you kicked out, you lose the "that wasn't me" defense...

they cannot do any harm by using your pub-id its just a unique number which is the input for the ads so that the money generated from corresponding pub-id goes to the respective account nothing much to do with it except association with a account.

A lot of people have gotten banned by revenue sharing, I wouldn't risk it honestly.

Good to know. Could you share more details?
Do you know personally people that got kicked by joined revenue sharing websites?
