Ive heard that writing stories and submitting them to larger sites as a part of their content is a good way to get a backlink, however, ive never heard of this for large financial sites. Im talking about giants like Yahoo Finance, MSN Money, CNN Personal Finance, SmartMoney.Com, etc. Is there a way you can submit your stories for free to be revied, and possibly, posted on the site as a part of their news, etc.?
I think they only take articles from their writers and freelancers. However, try this: 1. Take your best article and send it to one of the editors at the site you want to submit to. 2. Try to get the person's name and email address if you can, so they won't mistake it for spam. Also, so you won't get some customer rep answering your email. 3. If you can't get their email address but know their name, try , , . But create a separate email for each one. You never know what you'll get until you ask.
