submitting articles to those article directories is risky??

    hey people,

    i recently found 30 article directories (based on wordpress platform). they all registered and host at the same place.

    i would like to submit to each site about 10 articles. so the question is if i will get 300 links from thoses sote will it:

    hurt / improve / will not do anything

    to my sites?

    Most likely do nothing. Might have a small benefit. One average link would be worth more than all 30 of these in my estimate.

    I always advice webmasters to get links from sites that indexed by google. It will increase your rank and enhance your position in google and other search engines.

    Are you rewriting or spinning all these articles, or just using the same ones over and over?

    Most spinners don't work well at all.
    Rewriting is very time consuming.
    Reposting the same one over and over is a complete waste of time (duplicate content penalty).

    Those directories could be heavily penalized by Google due to all the content that was spun or reposted. Take your time and write a few good articles, post to places like Associated Content, and you could get the benefit of getting paid too.

    They all have .info domains so they are probably all of pretty low quality and you would be wasting your time to submit to them. Much better spending the time submitting what you can to decent, more established and reputable article sites. Why bother with the crap ones when you can submit to the good ones just as easy?
