just wonder what the best way to submit articles. Should I submit articles that I have added to my site or should they be rewritten? personally, I hate having to re-write an article I've just written - there must be an easier way?
No point submitting an article from your site that has already been indexed by the search engines, the biggest reason is that it will only get rejected anyways, that's assuming you are submitting to the respected directories such as ezinearticles.com And if you are going to re-write be sure to be 80% unique, or once again it will be rejected and you might risk having your account banned for trying to submit duplicate content, even though it's your own content, it happens all the time!
Instead of publishing articles that you have already written for your website you should focus on re-writing your articles or writing fresh articles for the article directories. I would benefit you way more to have a fresh article when publishing in different articles directories but essentially you can still use articles that you have written for other directories. Many article directories will still accept your articles aslong as it is owned by you.
You can submit the same articles appearing on your site to article directories and there is no need to rewrite them but ensure that before submitting them to directories, they are indexed by the google
You can rewrite the article but add an extra trick, technique, etc. to make it really unique. The entire article does not have to be completely original and full of new ideas. Even newspapers and magazines don't publish all fresh ideas always. It is how you put it.

An easy way to submit articles is to do them via article directory submission software. The downside of it is that you'll have to manually enter your registration info first, which usually takes about 1 to 2 hours. But aside from that, it's the easiest way to mass submit articles to a ton of directories.
HI Here is what I do... I write and article or have 10 written for a new site I may making then I promote my new site for a week or two and check if google has indexed my site.. and if so I start to submit the articles I have on my sites to article directories.. not for them to get indexed in google but for other web masters and blog owners to find those articles and have them post the articles on their sites/blogs , as I am doing this to build backlinks and traffic to my site.... Hi, ezinearticles.com will definitely accept your own site article especially the same site in the resource box. If you copy an article from some other site and submit it not only your article will be rejected but also you'll be banned...
Article marketing can be very powerful if done right. This means you have to write short exclusive articles to that directory with your backlink or affiliate links. You cannot use the same content as on your website. I just started an article directory which you can find in my signature and as we are finishing getting it up we already have things in place to check for duplicates on all major search engines. If a directory is going to be taken seriously they need to have many things in place and that's what mine is doing. Ezine articles right now is by far the most powerful and I usually submit 2-3 articles a week that I have written and it has helped bring a lot of traffic to my websites.
hi, best to rewrite them so your not wasting your time, as duplicate content may bring some traffic but nothing else & google will ignore duped content.
Your goal is to have your articles read by as many people with as little work as possible. Right? With that said, consider just submitting the same ones to as many sites that will accept them. Duplicate content is overrated anyway.
You dont have to re-write articles all the time. I dont know if you can publish the same articles on your actual website, I know you can do that with qassia because that is allowed. With other article directories and yes I am talking about ezinearticles, goarticles, copypastearticles, articlesbase and the list goes on but I am speaking specifically to these article directories who are respectable directories who Google ranks 3 and above.. and you can post the SAME exact same articles to these directories and there is no problem but when it is possible to write a summary I suggest changing it up a bit and I just naturally switch up my author resource box and the anchor texts.. always have different anchor texts for the different keywords you are going for and it will work out.. you will get the quality backlink from the website and when your articles get re-published you are building your link campaign for those keywords.. It works great..
Yes, you should rewrite that way your writing isn't label as duplicate. Remember to create unique content for each article.
