Just a quick here, i have been promoting some of my sites by writing articles on the niche and submitting to go articles and ezine etc. Now is it safe to submit these articles to the directories and post on my sites? or should i spin them or something before posting on my site?

You're gonna get a lot of different answers, Meads.

    Personally, I would spin them.

I would spin them as well. Just to be safe, and to get some extra SEO in wherever you can

I usually spin them but in my opinion it really doesn't make that big of a difference. If it is going to take to 5 minutes to respin it, and it takes you 10 minutes to write a new one, then just keep cranking out new ones.

It really depends on your writing preferences, for myself I can spin articles all day long but a new article can take me nearly an hour to write. The SEO benefit itself is fairly limited in spinning articles.

I am agree about that, it is difficult for our articles to being accept by other site if it already index by google.

There really is only one answer to this question and that is spin them, you do not want duplicate content any where I would not even submit the same article to different directories with out spinning. You want all your article to be unique at least 30%. Another great way to do this is say you take your article and it has 5 paragraphs within it, you then want to re-write the first, the middle and the last paragraph this then make that article over 30% unique and is way less time consuming than re-writing the whole article.

yeah, rewrite them and the search engine will treat them as new article, and index them!
