Submitting a sitemap of 10 000 articles???

    How does google look at a sitemap of 10000 articles that wasn't being indexed before (a forum). Will it be penalized since it appears that the pages couldnt have been created by a person? Is there a better way to submit the sitemap than the entire forum at once?
