Submitting a press release

Hello ,

I was wondering how most of you submit a press release ? I have used PR Web Service in the past. I have a few to develop and if I remember PR Web charges 100 per release.

I wrote up a press release primer a couple of days ago here on DP (I run a PR firm, so this is basically a big part of what I do for a living). You should give that a read to get you started on more effective press release writing and distribution.

These ones almost always approve it the same day.

 

But you will get greater exposure if you use paid services

 

You get even greater exposure if you do it manually to get it to the right people, in the right way.
