You are right downunder but...I have not asked to have our site submitted for free. Some good folks kindly offered it. I had originally asked if the community knew of directories that would take a non-commercial site submission for free. I did not ask to be listed in THEIR OWN sites. That was a nice surprise...thanks to all.
Both directories: all4seo.net and linkforever.net allow to submit free non-commercial links. Must also be of good quality, english language, etc. All in TOS. Of course as usually for 100 submitted links there's 1 or 0 really good & non-commercial. As links are manulally added (my system doesn't allow automated submissions in 99.9%) - it seems most people are blind (can't read) or just naive idiots.
congratulation, your website just got accepted in plenty of pr4 web directories (20+) i'll let you discover the exact number from google , it's a nice website i had to add it in my network. cheers.
Sent emails via contact form instead of submitting... Don't you understand what submit proccess is? Or you to lazy too go through submit form. Really I have enough to do and won't waste my time on manually submission. Oh, lately I'm loosing my patience for both: submitters and directories owners. First group as always do things without using brains, and from second - most should forget of running directories or even any website. Wonder how some owners setup directories, not knowing what is chmod, file or folder permission. Sometimes do not know what is FTP From latest days: one of them didn't know how to center image. Was really surprised there are <center> html tag! Ok, had bad day today. Hard working with green webmasters... I had to give vent to my anger... - D.
We have no words to describe our appreciation for your gesture. Thanks again... I'll check Yahoo Site Explorer in a few weeks time...
Send me details info about the site you are talking about. I have few directories. If it is of high quality and non-profit - I'll list it on all of my directories for FREE
