Submitting a new site problem - Reciprocal Link question please??

Hi there

I'd like to submit a site for free those kind under:

http://www.web.thehealthzone.co.uk/submit.php

However, there's 1 thing I get a bit fustrated when it comes to Reciprocal Link section because it stated:

"To validate the reciprocal link please include the
following HTML code in the page at the URL
specified above, before submiting this form:"

However, even when I copied the site as specified i.e.
<a href="http://www.web.thehealthzone.co.uk" id="R384F78">Web Directory</a>

I even put http://www.web.thehealthzone.co.uk to it but both keep saying that it is INVALID LINK which causes me to unable to submit the website

Do you know what exactly link I have to put in order to succeed or submit through?

Your answer and help will be greatly appreciated

 

if the link is in a separate iframe, it might not work

 

Knowing what your site looks like would help me answer more specifically. Assuming your site uses frames/iframes you would just give the automated link exchange program the URL to the page inside the frames instead of the page outside the frames.

What is Iframe by the way?
To be honest, I am not a techincal wizard at all, so I am not sure what you mean

Anyways, here is the link as a redirect website:

If you can just let me know what to fill in under "Reciprocal Link URL" section will be very helpful

Assuming the link back to web.thehealthzone.co.uk is located on accurate-psyhic-readings.com you would want to enter http://www.keen.com/grouplist/5332/ in the "Reciprocal Link URL" field because accurate-psyhic-readings.com redirects to keen.com/grouplist/5332/.

Put simply, when you submit that form a program checks the URL you entered in the "Reciprocal Link URL" section to make sure you set the link up. Therefore, the URL you enter in the "Reciprocal Link URL" section must be a web page that contains the link code.

Let me know if that makes sense.

Thanks for the answer
I just tried it but unfortunately, it somehow did not work when I entered the Reciprocal Link URL as you specified (i.e. http://www.keen.com/grouplist/5332/ ) and then when I tried to submit it, it then said:

"A link to http://www.web.thehealthzone.co.uk could not be found at the specified URL"

I even tried another one and it's the same mistake as well

Anything I did wrong or missing any steps?

Some directory works if you copy the url specified below but some directory also do not accept if you are doing like that. Best thing to do is select one of the site listed in their directory and enter it on the reciprocal field.
