    google has accepted my sitemaps. so now i shall just have to wait for them to crawl my site. (strange, that was 24 hours ago and still no data...)

    It took me a week, so it will probably take you that as well...3 days at the VERY earliest, especially with the Big Daddy going on...

    Not that I know of...if there was, I would have done it myself ;)

    There could be a way...there are people here who are much more knowledgeable than me :)

    One of my sites with just ~40 pages took Sitemaps almost a month :rolleyes:

    ...even though it was indexed already.

    Don't think you can speed the process up.

    how do i check if my site has been indexed? their bots visited about 20 times.

    I had a great experince. I got a new client with a new site and a bunch of dead links. So I submitted the dead links to be removed and they were gone the next day with a confirmation letter from google. Then I submitted 39 pages through an XML site map. The next day my site was verified and the day after that, google had found all of my clients 39 pages.

    I guess I was lucky.

    Links make Google come around. We had a (test, nonsense) site in the index within a day, 900+ URLs within 2 weeks (sitemaps or not: same result). http://seside.net/
