Please help me, I submitted url to Google, but until now when I search my site: http://beauty-4all.blogspot.com, I can not find the direct link to it, just some links that I posted in some forums. While my new blog: http://mmo4you.blogspot.com, I have just submitted its url to Google, after 1 minute, I can search its direct link on Google

Can anyone tell me what the problem is to my first blog?

Submitting to google is a complete irrelevance.
Google will find your site through backlinks - it had already found the second one before you submitted it - you don't get instantly indexed by submitting, it's the slowest way of doing it, it's an anachronism that they even still offer the facility, it's a throwback to how things were done years ago.
If you can the find the pages that your first blog has links on, and they've been indexed, it will be indexed soon. The second blog had a 'better' backlink somewhere, so got indexed first.

Google finds a new blog/site based on the backlinks.
Alternatively, you can submit your blog's RSS Feed (Atom, in this case) in Google Webmaster Tools and it'll be picked up immediately.

Just got http//www.google.com/webmasters and submit your sitemap.

And also feedburner helps you to get indexed fast in Google.
