    I'm not sure about how long to get a new website indexed in Yahoo via the sitemap.xml submission. But they'll pick up your newly submitted pages in days, not weeks.

    just submitted my website http://decentsms.com to the url you provided
    but i am not very sure that yahoo will approve it
    because i submitted it 3 months ago and no page indexed till now
